Sugar Glider as a Pet

I've had a sugar glider since 2010. I would like to partake some of my gests . I'm used to having faves . I've had catcalls, rats, mice, snakes, nags and have had people in my closest family with tykes and pussycats. The sugar glider was the most complicated pet, to be honest. still, I was advised that the sugar glider I got is kindly " traumatized". The breeder didn't watch about him and also held him in the same room as ferrets, which made him constantly spooked. He was veritably hysterical when I got him and he was also used to be by himself only( except the ferrets on the bottom below him) since birth. I've still tried with another sugar glider as well, as I bought as a friend for mine. But it didn't work. My little joe came both aggressive and depressed he stopped eating, playing and sleeping and came completely fixated with the other sugar glider. I didn't really like the new sugar glider moreover. He made sounds all the time and suck a lot. So in that case my little joe is better. He doesn't make any of these sounds and only suck me in the morning when he was new and anxious. currently he doesn't suck . So, I'll wrap up with some pellets of why you shouldn't enjoy a sugar glider. I get the feeling they aren't veritably tamed. They feel a lot like a “ wild ” beast. They need extremely important time and special process for cling. It doesn't feel “ natural ” to have them as a pet at home when they bear this huge quantum of cling and “ get used to ”. It costs a lot. You need a super large pen, special food and to find a veterinary that knows these creatures. I live in Sweden and there's no special food for sugar gliders then. I've to order from USA and the food itself might be ok price, but shipping and import levies bring around$ 50. also you have to pay for the food that perhaps costs$ 15 for a bag. Lack of veterinaries with knowledge. When going to the beast exigency, people there have no knowledge of sugar gliders. You need looooots of time to spend with these guys. They need attention a lot, all the time. In the beginnig they need to stay close to you nearly24/7 to get “ used to you ” and your smell. There are lots of “ know it alls ”. When I first got a sugar glider, I had made some exploration before of course. When I had issues, I posted online on different forums and people are so insanely mean. They only tell you about how you're manhandling them and that it’s indeed illegal to have them In sweden it’s not illegal and I bought him from a breeder in Sweden. I didn't transport him from Asia. I would noway do that. In Sweden they're considered veritably fantastic and I was in the review with my joe. supposedly the review gote-mails from angry people writing that I'm being mean to my sugar glider because I keep him alone. I told in the composition why I did. I also communicated the office of beast protection in Sweden and gave them my story, so I've a authorization to keep him alone. People simply did n’t care. When I transferred them the evidence, I got no reason. So people can be so mean. They find commodity that’s not common and also they try to break that person down, thats my feeling. This person shouldn't “ feel special ” or be so joyous, better break him her down. There are lots of these people. perhaps it’s more common in Sweden than the rest of the world, who knows. They can not be restroom trained so they poop and pee far and wide. They can be disturbing occasionally because different noises sounds they make. Mine like to do it during the night so he wakes me up. The sound sounds like a chihuahua barking. generally he wants to play with me when he makes that sound or he's confused bysomething. However, he occasionally barks since he's not used to new cabinetwork, If I place new effects in the room he's living in. It’s like a warning or confusion sound. He calms down when I gentle him and/ or just talk to him.
